Tata Capital Limited ("Company" or "TCL"), the financial services arm of the Tata Group, holds investments in its subsidiaries mainly engaged in providing a variety of services/products in the financial space. TCL is a subsidiary of Tata Sons Private Limited and is duly registered with the RBI as a Systemically Important Non-Deposit Accepting Core Investment Company ("CIC"), carrying out activities only in accordance with the RBI Directions for CICs, as amended. Hereinafter, TCL and its subsidiaries shall be jointly referred to as "Tata Capital".
