Established in November 1988 as SKOL Breweries Limited, its name was changed to SAB Miller India Limited ("SAB Miller?) in 2012. Following the acquisition of SAB Miller Plc by AB InBev SA in October 2016, the Company was re-named Anheuser Busch InBev India Limited and its registered office was moved to Mumbai.
